Firstly here's the BBC article that came out today about us... We're famous now! We aren't getting quite as much press as Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's visit to Muzafarrabad, but we're getting closer. That's me in the two pictures at the top of the page...

If you use this option, please also send me an email telling me the date and amount donated... they are supporting 3 or 4 other groups as well, so I have to tell them the money is coming and to send it directly to us, otherwise it will be split between the groups.
A little more about the shelter... It costs about $115 to build a shelter, although we found out today that an NGO may be providing the CGI for roofing now, which is the biggest part of the cost, so hopefully what we heard is true, then we'll be able to stretch our money a lot further. At the moment we're about half way to covering the costs for Surul village, and are planning to take anything else we raise to Bani Minhasan after that. I spoke with the group today up in Surul and it indeed snowed lightly the other night, and the temperature is dropping rapidly, so we're likely to have about 2 or 3 weeks max to finish now, as it will be nearly impossible to build once the rain and snow is here for good.
